CONTRACT OF THE ENTREPRENEUR

Context

Entrepreneur is anybody with a business idea, project or operational business who is looking for either financial assistance or just some coaching directions.

Between:

and you:

Article 01

Congo Global Connection LLC will be referred as "CGC" and you will be referred as "you", or "Entrepreneur". Both of them will be be referred globally as "Both parties". A third party wil be involved in this contract but will NOT be referred to within "Both parties" name.

Article 02

Both parties freely agreed to come up with the following terms with the objective to assist the Entrepreneur to receive monetary or non-monetary support from a third party called "Investor"

Article 03

CGC has created a safe system for both Entrepreneur and the Investor to trust each other. Most contact between the Entrepreneur and the Investor will pass through CGC. Sometimes Entrepreneurs and investors will even not have to meet in person.  The Entrepreneur agreed to comply with CGC system.

Article 04

The Entrepreneur agreed to pay CGC a filing fee to allow him initiate interest, follow up with the Investors and possibly help to finalize the direct investment to the Entrepreneur project or business.

Article 04

CGC is not committed to the result of successful monetary or non-monetary support. CGC is instead committed to interesting, defending the project/business and following up with the investors with the objective to grant investment.

Article 04

In case of successful investment, CGC will be granted 3% of net profit for the entire lifetime of the project/business. CGC will not be granted a shareholding part unless he purchases it regularly.

Article 04

The Entrepreneur agreed to modify the structure of his/her project or business if needed by the investor prior to receiving investment. This modification may include the acceptance of the investor as shareholder of the company.

Article 04

Depending on where, the Entrepreneur and the main investor are residing, local laws and regulations will be applied. Also the CGC facilitation is subject to timeframe and regional limits in accordance with local legislation. Generally, the duration is 12 months, unless otherwise specified.

Article 04

Any dispute or disagreement arising from the performance of this contract shall first be settled amicably. Failing an amicable settlement, the local courts shall have jurisdiction.
