Our process is as follows:
Step 1: Register as an Investor
The process of registering starts with you creating an account then logging in. Once in, you will need to purchase the INVESTOR PLAN (NAZO PESA) to be able to access all available projects submitted in our database.

Step 2: Make contact
If you are interested in a particular project, you can email our office at investment@congoglobalconnection.com or call +1 404 855 6000 to learn more or connect directly with the requester. For both your privacy and the requester's, we prefer introduce you for the first time.
Step 3: Get going
If you decide to invest in this particular project, we will complete an additional updated review of the requestor and they business to make sure your investment is safe. Upon a favorable outcome of the review, we will reach out to you for more details about your level of investment such how much are you putting in, the frame time of cash availability, or specific conditions.

Step 4: Business restructuring
​A Letter Of Intention will be signed between the requestor and you with Congo Global Connection as witness. This LOI will be your commitment to invest in the terms of your choice. The requestor will agree to change they official documents if necessary to make you shareholder of the company. CGC will supervise this document change to guarantee each part benefit. The expense of this change is on the requestor; the investor or CGC may advance cash for it but they don't have to.

Step 5: Money Deposit
​Following a successful change of official documents, you will committed to deposit money or transfer investment asset within the agreed time frame. Failing to do so may cause legal and/or financial consequences against you, and a change-back of official documents at your cost.

Here are a few of the advantages of using our service:
1. Way much lower cost than traditional Angel groups.
2. Being presented business opportunities in a fraction of second. Most of offers have past the basic due diligence screen.
3. Most of the tasks can be accomplished from the comfort of your own home (does not require travel to "pitch" meetings).
4. More widespread geographic choices than traditional Angel group presentations (we offer a choice of all US states and/or multiple foreign countries).
5. A wider dollar range of opportunities (starting at lower and ending at higher deal values) compared to traditional Angel groups.
6. You can choose your own deal selection criteria (geographic/dollar range/industry groupings).
7. You don't have to rely on other group members participation in order for a deal to move forward.
8. You can influence the terms of the deal to suit your needs more specifically than is the case with traditional Angel groups.
