Entrepreneurs – How It Works

Important Note: We are neither a bank nor an agency that grants loans or credit, and we don't manage investor's fund. We are a community-based organization that assists its members in effectively formulating business plans and proposals that are clear, compelling, and attractive to potential contributors.

The service we offer is fee-based; it consists of (re)formulating and formatting your business idea into a business plan or proposal that is easy to read and appealing to other members who may wish to contribute financially or materially.

Step 1: Create an Account on the Website
Please begin by clicking "SUBMIT A PROJECT" in the top right corner. If you do not have an account yet, the system will prompt you to create one. If you already have an account, please log in, and the system will direct you straight to the "SUBMIT A PROJECT" form. Please fill it out.

Step 2: Project Submission
It is FREE. Completing the form will provide us with sufficient information to draft the initial version of your business plan or proposal—the document that potential financial contributors will read.

At this stage, please simply answer the questions provided in the questionnaire; that will be sufficient. We will then conduct a preliminary analysis (*due diligence*) of your business idea and your company. A member of our team will review your file, draft a 2-to-4-page presentation document, and send it to you for review BEFORE distributing the final proposal to investors.

Step 3: Distribution to investors

There is a fee to share your project to investors. Please purchase the "NAZO LUKA PLAN," which is the Entrepreneur Plan. This will make your project organically available to investors and also allow our team to actively look for investors.

​Once you approve the ready-version for investment of your business/proposal plan, our team will take over to reach out to investors about your project.

Step 4: Establishing Contact
You will be notified anytime an investor will be interested in your project. If they want to, they will be introduced to you for more detailed discussions. Please note that we act exclusively as a matchmaking and facilitating service, the final decision belongs to both of you. Also, each of you is totally allowed to do more due diligence on each other. We thrive to do a SUFFISANT due diligence on both sides, but you are completely okay to not lean on it for your final decision. Each part is SOLELY responsible to invest in or accept investment.

Step 5: Business restructuring

One of the main conditions to investing in your project/business is the acceptance of change of your official project/business documents to integrate the investor as shareholder according to their participation. The expense of this change is on the requestor; the investor or CGC may advance cash for it but they don't have to.

Prior to cash money or investment asset to be transferred to you or your project/business, all parties will have to sign a Letter Of Intention that will commit you on the terms that you will agree to.

Step 6: Money or Asset transfer

Upon signature of this LOI, the investor will be committed to actually transfer the investment to the restructured project/business within the time frame agreed to otherwise legal and/or financial consequences against them will be applied. Also the reversal change of the official documents will be executed at the charge of the investor.

WHERE AND HOW MUCH

At this moment, we are investing only in business located and operating in the United States of America. We can invest only for a total amount up to 5 million dollars for a renewable period of 12 months.
