If you decide to invest in a particular project, we will complete an additional review of the requestor and their business to make sure your investment is safe. Upon a favorable review, we will reach out to you for more details.

Step 4: Business restructuring
​A Letter of Intention will be signed between the requestor and you with Congo Global Connection as witness. This LOI will be your commitment to invest in the terms of your choice. The requestor will agree to change they official documents if necessary to make you shareholder of the company. CGC will supervise this document change to guarantee each part benefit. The expense of this change is on the requestor; the investor or CGC may advance cash for it but they don't have to.

Step 5: Money Deposit
​Only after a successful change of official documents that you will be committed to deposit money or transfer investment asset within the agreed time frame.
