Mr. Constant Omari

If there are names that weigh on the football scene in Africa, Constant Omari is certainly one of them. Former president of the Congolese Football Federation, he was also Secretary General of CAF before assuming the interim presidency of this body following the suspension of Ahmad Ahmad.
